Peggy A. Rowe is a healthcare revenue cycle strategist, author, and speaker with over 30 years of experience leading front-, middle-, and back-office operations. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside hospital leadership teams to strengthen processes, improve financial performance, and navigate the complexities of healthcare operations.

Peggy has partnered with more than 150 hospitals nationwide. Much of her work, often conducted on the road, has served as the foundation for her writing, in which lived experiences merge with reflection, humor, and insight. 

She is the author of Stories from the Road: Rx for Life, a collection of lessons learned through travel, consulting, and life in constant motion. Her writing combines leadership lessons, with a faith-based perspective, providing readers with encouragement, clarity, and a reminder that growth often occurs far from home.  

In addition to her work in healthcare and writing, Peggy is a licensed real estate agent, a devoted mother and grandmother, and the creative voice behind The Old Porch Hag Company, a brand built around storytelling, reflection, and meaning found in quiet moments.
